Owl Cottage

Once home to roosting owls perched on its old beams, this charming split-level holiday cottage now offers cosy and characterful accommodation. On the ground floor, an open-plan living and dining area features an oak-finished kitchen equipped with a built-in cooker, fridge and microwave. The bathroom includes a bath with shower, basin and toilet, and there is an automatic washing machine located in the cloakroom for added convenience. Upstairs, a light and airy gallery-style double bedroom awaits, complete with a pine floor and exposed beams, accessed via an open staircase.

Swallow Cottage

Once a favoured resting place for swallows, the old barn has been carefully renovated to create high-quality holiday accommodation and the birds still return each summer to roost in the eaves and swoop around their nests. Swallow Cottage is a split-level holiday home featuring a double and twin bedroom, with a bathroom containing a bath, shower, basin and toilet, all accessed from the entrance hall on the ground floor. An open wooden staircase leads to the first-floor open-plan living area and kitchen, offering views over the gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, automatic washing machine, microwave and built-in electric cooker, while pine floors, original exposed beams and granite walls add charming character throughout.

The Stable

Once home to horses and cattle, this beautifully converted holiday cottage now offers comfortable accommodation with a double, single bedroom and shower room. The single room includes a full-sized single bed and an additional 2ft 6in bed suitable for a child under 10, which stores neatly beneath the other when not in use. The open-plan living and dining area features original exposed granite walls, while the fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a built-in cooker, microwave and fridge.

The Hayloft

Climb the staircase to what was once a working hayloft and discover a beautiful holiday home featuring a double and twin bedroom, with an additional sprung Z-bed available for a child under 10. The spacious living and dining area boasts original exposed beams and granite walls, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge and microwave. A shower room with toilet and basin provides convenience, while lofty ceilings, rustic character and stunning sunset views give this charming retreat a truly unique appeal.

There are plenty of outdoor activities surrounding the holiday cottages including walking, cycling, fishing and horse riding. Whilst Tertre Farm is no longer a working farm, we do operate a produce stall where locally grown fruits and vegetables (when in season) and homemade sauces and chutneys can be purchased.
