Les Fries offers wonderful self catering accommodation in Castel, Guernsey. We within easy walking distance of Cobo Bay - a popular sandy beach on the west coast of Guernsey.

Les Fries Barn: We offer superb accommodation in our secluded old barn and traditional Guernsey farmhouse. Both properties are beautifully furnished and come with a range of facilities to suit all your needs.

Our 15th Century barn has been beautifully converted to offer award winning accommodation. The open-plan sitting room/dining area has a balcony overlooking it which doubles as a spacious main bedroom. There is a second bedroom with a double and a single bed off the main level.

The small well-equipped kitchen has a Belfast sink, granite worktops and has all modern conveniences including dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob and electric oven. A freezer and tumble-drier are situated in the downstairs storage area. The bathroom is a delightful mix of the old-fashioned (a cast iron bath) and new (luxury shower and low-flush toilet). As well as oil-fired central heating, there is a large feature wood burning stove. There is space for bicycles and other equipment in the storage barn downstairs.

Les Petits Fries: Our gorgeous cottage is perfect for an idyllic getaway. A lovely open plan living area has a toasty wood burner and smart TV, with French doors opening onto a sun-filled south-facing terrace. Downstairs there is also a cloakroom and WC. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen which has an Everhot electric stove, fridge freezer, a microwave, toaster and a dishwasher.

Bedrooms consist of a king room and a double room with a single bed. A Z-bed is also available. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

We offer a complimentary welcome pack from Wednesday to Wednesday for bookings in the Farmhouse and Saturday to Saturday for bookings in the Barn.

Our accommodation is located down a quiet lane, surrounded by fields and the barn has an enclosed patio, small lawn and barbecue area with access to our Hot Tub. Cobo Village, with its restaurants, pub, fish and chip shop, pharmacy, small supermarket, post office, tearoom and sweet shop is a mere ten minute walk away.
