Aberdaron Bunkhouse is a modern, 4 Star Visit Wales graded hostel situated in the grounds of a working family farm in Aberdaron, near Pwllheli in Gwynedd.
Aberdaron Bunkhouse has a large open plan dining area/socialising room with dining tables, chairs, beanbags, TV, Nintendo Wii and board games. The kitchen is small but is well equipped and consists of hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Bedding is charged at £3 per night however guests are more than welcome to bring their own bedding.
Aberdaron Bunkhouse consists of:
1 bedroom sleeping up to 8 in 4 bunks with washbasin.
1 en suite bedroom sleeping up to 4 in 2 bunks.
1 en suite bedroom sleeping up to 3 in 1bunk + a foldaway camp bed.
Separate male & female WC/shower blocks.
Outside patio area with benches.
A light self service breakfast is included.
Packed lunches are available by request.
Drying room with washing machine and tumble dryer (at additional charge)
The busy market town of Pwllheli is a good base for exploring the surrounding local area. The town has an excellent marina with berths for over 400 boats and hosts international sailing events. There are two beaches and a leisure centre.
Gwynedd in North West Wales is situated north of Ceredigion and south of the Isle of Anglesey. The county encompasses the lovely Lleyn Peninsula and Cambrian coast, with attractive seaside resorts and award-winning beaches. Inland is Snowdonia National Park, with spectacular scenery and Snowdon, the highest mountain in England and Wales.
