Tyn-yr-Onnen Mountain Farm offers wonderful self catering accommodation in a range of holiday homes near Caernarfon, Gwynedd. We are the ideal place to escape to from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

Situated in a traditional Welsh sheep farm, we truly are perfect for a scenic break away. All the holiday homes enjoy uninterrupted views of the Moel Eilio and Mynydd Mawr mountains.

Buarth Wern Lodge (sleeps 6): Our charming 3-bed wooden lodge comes with its own entrance and grounds. The lodge comes with two doubles and 1 bunk room. The bathroom comes with a shower, WC and wash hand basin. The open plan living area includes a sofa, TV, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Outside there is a large decked area with a picnic table, bench, BBQ and firepit.

Llety’r Bugail Lodge (sleeps 4): This two bedroom wooden lodge comes with a spacious decking area from where you can enjoy the spectacular views from. The open plan lounge and fully fitted kitchen will suit all your needs. The bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin and WC. Outside there is a picnic table and BBQ.

Ty Bach (sleeps 2): Our one bedroom lodge has its own garden and veranda. There is a double bedroom and an open plan lounge, kitchen/diner and fully equipped kitchen. The shower room includes a wash hand basin and WC.

Gwel-y-Moel lodge (sleeps 5): The accommodation comes with an open plan layout. There are 2 bedrooms: one double, one twin and single z bed. The shower room comes with a wash basin and WC. A well equipped kitchen will suit all your needs and there is a TV. You can enjoy a spot of al fresco dining on the outside picnic table.

Y Beudy Lodge (sleeps 2): Our lodge sleeps 2 people in a double and there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an open plan living space and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is furniture and a BBQ.

Our lodges are ideally placed for exploring the area. You can walk along the Snowdon Ranger footpath or relax on Dinas Dinlle Beach. Visit the city of Bangor or head to Zip World. Attractions to visit include:
