This stone-built Barn stands at 700ft. above the magnificent Mawddach Estuary, amongst views described by Ruskin as the most beautiful in Europe. The remote property lies in the Snowdonia National Park, ideally situated for walking and climbing holidays, centrally placed to explore North Wales, and perfect for a family holiday by the sea. It is part of a historic farm where the Welsh poet Robert Owen (1858-1885) lived.

The property has a bathroom and table tennis room on the ground floor. On the first floor are the three bedrooms and open plan living area. There is a stair guard at the top of the stairs as well as a cot and highchair.. Dogs are permitted and there is a sheep fence to prevent them straying inadvertently.

A delightful 2 mile walk leads from your front door, through unspoilt countryside, and down to the beachfront at Barmouth. Other paths from the Barn take you up and around the local hills.

Barmouth is a bustling seaside town with a wide variety of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. The breadth of businesses includes both takeaways and fine dining, charity shops and high-end antique shops. There is a supermarket for all your self-catering needs.
