Perfect for just the two of you, it offers a secluded retreat with all modern conveniences.

Tree Tops is a Snowdonia cottage, converted from a two-storey building in 2007 and furnished in a contemporary style. The accommodation is ideal for a couple or a single person, featuring a comfortable double bed and a two-seat recliner sofa.

The upstairs area includes a well-equipped kitchen (with an oven and hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge, etc.), dining and living area (with a recliner settee, Wi-Fi, Alexa, and TV) and provides access to the balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs.

Downstairs, you'll find a double bedroom, a toilet and a shower room, with access to a private garden. Parking is available in front of the house, alongside the lane that leads to the village of Llanbedr, just one mile away, through woods and fields.

A gas-fired boiler heats the water and powers the central heating. In consideration of future guests, pets are not permitted and smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please note, the stairs are steeper than usual and may be challenging for those with limited mobility.

Beautiful walks begin right at your doorstep in this area known as Ardudwy, located in the heart of Snowdonia National Park. Lanes and footpaths lead to the coast or rise inland towards the peaks of the Rhinog Mountains. The Cambrian Coast railway stops at Pensarn, less than half a mile away and cycle routes are well signposted. There is one road along the coast, with no other routes into the area. Just minutes from miles of rarely crowded beaches and hill and mountain tracks that can often be enjoyed in solitude, this Welsh cottage is ideally located for a peaceful getaway.
