Persawr y Mor and Awel y Mor are almost identical, boasting the same spectacular views from the first-floor balconies and the same sleeping arrangements. Persawr y Mor (meaning fragrance of the sea) and Awel y Mor (meaning sea breeze) are modern houses situated in a quiet cul de sac in Tywyn where the mountains meet the sea on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. Both holiday homes include:

Central heating, double glazing throughout, fully equipped kitchen including cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

Outside furniture on balcony and patio.

TV with DVD player.

CD/radio.

Parking space on the driveway in front of the house.

Towels and bed linen provided - beds made up for your arrival.

Electricity and gas included except November - March.

First-floor living room with dining area and sliding doors to the balcony facing west over Cardigan Bay and the beach.

Fully equipped kitchen on the first floor.

Bedroom on the ground floor with double bed and door to patio leading to the beach.

The delights of Cardigan Bay with its panoramic sea views and spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed from the first-floor balcony or garden patio while dolphins and seals can sometimes be seen swimming and at play. From the paved garden, open the gate, cross the pedestrian promenade and step down to the sandy beach, ideal for swimming, surfing, watersports and fishing or just sit in the sunshine and enjoy the view.
