Glanllyn-Lakeside is a campsite set in 16 acres of level parkland with mature trees and a meandering river located in Llanuwchllyn near Bala on the shore of Wales's largest natural lake in the Snowdonia National Park makes Glanllyn the idyllic spot to pitch a caravan, tent or motorhome.
Fantastic views of nearby hills and mountain with plenty of local walks to suit all capabilities. There is direct access to the lake from the park with a large shingle launching area for boats, canoes and sailboards.
Fishing allowed in the lake and river. There is a camp shop, children's playground, laundry & washing up room and plenty of toilets and showers with ample free hot water.
There is also a disables suite with shower. There are hard standing wet weather pitches for caravans and motorhomes at the campsite.
Nearby attractions include white water rafting, mountain biking, zorbing, paintballing, Go Ape ropeworks, sailing, fishing, canoeing, gorge walking, abseiling, forest walks, hill walking, narrow gauge railway.
