Upper Kingston Farm Cottages offer superb self-catering accommodation just two miles from the historic market town of Ringwood. Set on a working farm in Hampshire, the cottages form a peaceful rural retreat, with beautifully restored Victorian farm buildings that have been tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped to provide comfort, character and everything needed for a relaxing countryside getaway.

The Swallows Nest – Sleeps 2

The cottage has lovely features, including high ceilings and original oak beams. The property is great for couples and enjoys views over the paddock and courtyard. Inside you will find a modern kitchen, good size lounge/bedroom area, 1 double, shower room, wall mounted TV/DVD player and log burner.

The Dairy – Sleeps 2

This cottage comes with original oak beams and overlooks the courtyard. There is a relaxing lounge and contemporary kitchen, TV/DVD player, log burner and shower room. Sleeps 2 with a double bed, plus a bed settee for extra guest available please enquire.

The Granary – Sleeps 4

Our cosy cottage sleeps up to 4 people and is great for families. You can enjoy views of the paddock and courtyard. Bedrooms consist of a double and twin room, the former coming with en suite facilities. There is also a separate shower room. Facilities include a modern kitchen, living area with large flat screen TV and toasty wood burner.

The Barn – Sleeps 4

This barn overlooks the courtyard and comes with a double and twin en suite. The relaxing living area comes with a large flat screen with a TV/DVD player, well-equipped kitchen and log burner.

The Stable – Sleeps 4

The Stable is ideal for families and the living area is on the upper floor to take advantage of the breathtaking views. Features include oak beams and inside there is a double en suite and twin room. A shower room is also available. The kitchen is well-equipped and facilities include a log burner and large flat screen TV/DVD player.

Onsite there is a laundry room and we have a local farm shop which supplies a wide range of local produce.

Visiting the Area

Lots of attractions are nearby. There are many riding centres nearby, for the novice and experienced rider. From pony trekking to Western riding, there is something for everyone. Boat fishing trips are available from Poole Harbour and the nearby river Avon is great for keen anglers. Further attractions to visit include:
