Located between Winchester, Salisbury and Southampton and on the edge of the spectacular New Forest, Gambledown Farm is just a 1 hour and 40 minute drive from London. The Hay Barn:

The ground floor boasts a double-height living area with impressive floor-to-ceiling windows and a bespoke kitchen. This floor also includes a family bedroom with a bunk bed and two singles that can be converted into a king-sized bed, along with a shower room to accommodate your group. The main suite in The Hay Barn is accessed via a private flight of stairs. It features a king-sized bed, an en-suite shower room and a unique large window overlooking the open living space below. Upstairs, a third bedroom offers views of the horse paddock, twin beds and an en-suite family bathroom. The Hay Barn includes a private rear garden with a Weber BBQ and picnic table, as well as a front garden area with a patio, additional outdoor seating and a lawn. The barn is fully equipped for a comfortable self-catered stay, featuring modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, Sky television, and underfloor heating.

The Cart Shed:

The Cart Shed seamlessly combines original features with modern open-plan living. The living area is bathed in natural light. The beautifully appointed kitchen faces the dining area and cosy living space, which centres around a wood-burning stove. Folding doors open along the length of the space onto a front lawn, providing access to the super king-sized main bedroom. A shower room is conveniently located on the ground floor, making The Cart Shed an excellent choice for those with mobility challenges. The second bedroom, which sleeps four, is situated on the first floor. It features twin beds that can be made into a king and an additional daybed with two single mattresses. A shower room for this bedroom is located just outside. The property is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a private rear garden with a Weber BBQ, garden furniture, parking and underfloor heating.

The Staddlestone Barn:

The Staddlestone Barn is a charming barn conversion featuring a cosy bedroom and an open-plan mini kitchen equipped with an induction hob, fridge, toaster and kettle. The bathroom includes an electric shower and a hair dryer. At 23 square metres, it is compact yet thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for a short getaway. The barn also offers a TV with Freeview and Freesat channels, a couple of easy chairs for relaxation and superfast Wi-Fi. With outdoor seating, this delightful little retreat is perfect for couples seeking a mini break.
