Trevase Granary is on a working farm in the glorious countryside. The spacious property is tastefully furnished and offers luxury throughout.

On the ground floor there is five bedrooms. Cider Room is a family suite with two single beds and two comfortable day beds (suitable for children). Cider has a en suite wet room which is ideal for less able guests. Dairy & Coach House are twin/superking bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (Dairy en suite is a wet room). Bull Pen/Shippon are king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (Bull Pen has a roll top bath).

On the first floor there is a lovely open plan lounge/dining room which is ideal for relaxing and unwinding in. The room comes with comfortable leather sofas, chairs and a large picture window which boasts views across to the Black Mountains. The elegant dining area is brimming with character and comes with a large table which seats up to 20 people, perfect for all of the guests staying at the property.

Our TV Lounge is another room on the first floor which has a gas wood burner to keep you warm during the winter months and will comfortably seats all guests. Netflix is available in the TV lounge, and you can contact us during your stay if you require log in details.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a range of excellent facilities: large dual Range cooker, three larder fridges, freezer, microwave, George Foreman grill, two dishwashers, two sinks and crockery/cutlery. On arrival, we also provide a welcome basket with some delicious Herefordshire produce.

On the second floor there are there are 3 bedrooms. Owl Pen is a king, en suite room which has glorious views from the Velux windows. Hayloft is a spacious twin/superking, en suite bedroom which also has wonderful views from the Velux windows. Dovecote is a king bedroom which leads up oak circular stairs, from the open plan lounge/dining room area. Dovecote en suite has a lovely roll top bath and has spectacular views of the Herefordshire countryside.

The games room is located outside in a walled garden with beautiful views of the rolling countryside. The games room has a fully equipped bar area (wine cooler, beer fridge, glasses, cocktail accessories/recipes, and an ice cooler) and kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. The games room also has table football, table tennis, a pool table, and games to enjoy inside as well as plenty of space outside to enjoy outdoor games. Our patio area outside has enough table and chairs for all the guests and a large BBQ/pizza oven. The games room is perfect for all ages.

There is an ample parking area which has room for at least 8 cars. We also have a laundry room for designated guest use next to the parking area. There is a washing machine and clothes dryer. There is also secure storage for bicycles and fishing rods, etc.
