Aonach Mor offers outstanding self catering accommodation in Fort Augustus, nestled on the shore of Loch Ness. Our properties in Inverness-shire are in the majestic Abbey, a Listed building set amongst 20 acres of beautiful grounds, surrounded by the famous Loch Ness, two rivers and the gorgeous Caledonian Canal.

We have 22 beautifully furnished properties, with all boasting luxurious facilities and fittings. You can choose from 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and cottages, with the largest property sleeping 8. All the properties come with elegant living areas, well-equipped kitchens, fantastic bedrooms and modern bathrooms. You can even stay in part of the old monastery or Abbey church for an even more magical and unique experience. Some apartments boast a roof terrace with seating, the perfect way to admire the views whilst sipping a glass of wine. From a family holiday to a romantic getaway, we offer a wonderful holiday in a glorious setting.

You can make the most of the loch by hopping on one of the boat trip rides available outside The Abbey ground. You can also visit Urquhart Castle on the way to the Highland Capital of Inverness, Fort William, or visit Eileen Donan Castle on the way to the Isle of Skye.
