Broombank Cottage is a charming holiday cottage located on a working croft just 5 miles from Inverness, the Capital of the Highlands. Situated near Culloden Moor, the historic site of the 1746 Battle of Culloden, the cottage offers an ideal base for exploring the Scottish Highlands and discovering the area's many attractions.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests across two floors, making it perfect for families and couples of all ages.

The ground floor of Broombank Cottage offers a cosy lounge with a log-burning stove and French doors leading to a decked area, perfect for relaxing. The open-plan dining area and fully equipped kitchen feature an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is an accessible double bedroom, a bathroom with a separate corner power shower, WC and WHB and a utility room with a washing machine and drying area to the rear. Additional conveniences include Freesat TV and Wi-Fi. The first floor of Broombank Cottage features a spacious king bedroom with a wall-mounted Freesat TV, a comfortable twin bedroom and a shower room with a WC and WHB. The enclosed garden and storage shed provide space for bikes or golf clubs, while private parking is conveniently located beside the cottage.

The cottage is well-equipped with linen, towels, oil-fired central heating, a cot (suitable for children up to 24–36 months) and a high chair. Guests will find a thoughtful selection of essentials, including dishwasher tablets, hand wash, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and, when available, free-range eggs.

Broombank Cottage combines modern comforts with rustic charm, ensuring a relaxing and memorable stay in the heart of the Highlands.
