Balnacraig is a luxurious holiday home, perfect for self-catering stays near Inverness. Located on Ord Hill, just 10 minutes north of the city, this spacious property accommodates up to 10 guests.

Its open-plan living area seamlessly connects the sitting room, dining room and kitchen, all with large bay windows that lead to a decked outdoor area. The sitting room features plush sofas, an armchair and a Smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes an electric double oven, hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area seats ten, making it ideal for family gatherings or groups of friends.

The ground floor includes a twin bedroom with zip-and-link beds that can convert to a super king, a TV with DVD player and access to a shared bathroom with a bath, shower and heated towel rail. A sunroom overlooks the garden and a utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer. The floor also includes a cloakroom with a WC and washbasin.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a TV with DVD player and an en-suite with a large walk-in shower. Another king-size bedroom also has a TV and DVD player. Two twin bedrooms, with zip-and-link beds that can convert to super king-size, offer flexibility. One has an en-suite shower room, while the other shares its en-suite with access from the hall. All bathrooms feature a shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.

The home includes modern conveniences like Wi-Fi, IT charging stations in each bedroom, two hairdryers, an ironing station, a docking station and a travel cot with a high chair (cot bedding not provided). Outside, a large decked terrace with a hot tub and garden furniture offers stunning views, while off-road parking for three cars and a private wooded area with walking trails enhance the experience.

Balnacraig’s location offers easy access to the A9, making it an excellent base for exploring the North of Scotland. To the south, Speyside’s whisky distilleries and the Cairngorms are within reach, along with the iconic Loch Ness.
