Steading 5 Balvatin Cottages offers charming self catering accommodation in Newtonmore. Our cottage offers stunning views of the Mondaliath mountain range and is ideally placed for discovering all that Inverness-Shire has to offer.

Our cottage sleeps up to 4 adults and 1 infant, ideal for a family or group holiday. A welcome pack of tea, coffee and shortbread is provided.

Inside we have a well-equipped kitchen with a range of new appliances: ceramic hob, electric cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. You can unwind in the lounge area that includes Freeview TV. We provide a variety of local guides, maps, walking guides and traditional board games.

In total, we have 2 bedrooms that are made up ready for your arrival. We provide duvets and blankets for the colder months, plus 1 bath and 1 hand towel per guest. A hair dryer is provided.

Cot and highchair are available via prior arrangement.

We are perfect for exploring the Cairngorm and Monadhliath mountain ranges, offering lots of hiking trails to enjoy.
