Orange Squirrel Lodge is situated in the heart of the breathtaking Scottish Highlands. Located near the centre of Aviemore, our cosy 2-bedroom lodge accommodates 4 to 5 people, making it an ideal retreat from everyday life. Whether you're a couple seeking a romantic getaway or a family looking for adventure, our lodge provides the perfect base for your next escape. Enjoy hiking, walking, cycling and mountain biking trails right at your doorstep and for winter enthusiasts, the nearby skiing slopes are just a short drive away.

Explore the stunning Cairngorms National Park, relax in our private garden, or on rainy days, enjoy the warmth of our fireplace with a good book, engage in board games, or unwind in front of the smart TV. The living room offers a cosy lounge area with an electric fire and blankets for chilly nights. We also provide a variety of children's toys, games, books and a Smart TV. Our fully equipped kitchen includes a L’Or coffee machine, microwave, oven and dishwasher, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A washing machine is available for your convenience and the bathroom features an electric shower over the bath for a quick rinse or a relaxing soak.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and Bedroom 2 offers either two singles or a king-size bed. An optional trundle bed is available for families of five. The lovely garden, equipped with a BBQ and picnic table, is perfect for enjoying summer evenings. For those bringing bikes or skis/snowboards, our Asgard storage shed can accommodate up to 4 mountain bikes.

Aviemore is a great place for dogs, with many trails and woodland walks nearby. We allow one dog (max 20kg) at the lodge for a charge of £30. Please bring your own dog bed, blanket, and towels for cleaning muddy paws. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture and should not be left alone in the house.
