Dean Lodge is fully self-contained with its own private driveway and entrance, offering both privacy and independence. The property is laid out on one level and includes a sitting room and kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a bath and over-bath electric shower. There is also a utility cupboard with a washing machine. Outside, there is a spacious deck with sea views, a garden, a drying area and a secure shed ideal for storing outdoor gear such as bikes, fishing rods, or golf clubs.

Inside the sitting room and kitchen, guests will find comfortable seating, a dining table, heating, a bookcase and a CD player. There is also a Freesat TV and dedicated WiFi throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, all necessary crockery and utensils, a range of pots and oven trays and cleaning materials including dishwasher tablets.

The bedroom features a double bed, with the option of an additional single bed or cot upon request. It is fully furnished, carpeted and includes all bed linen and towels. A hairdryer, shaver adaptor plug and remote-controlled heater are also provided for your comfort.

The bathroom includes a bath with electric shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail, with toilet paper supplied.
