Ballawyllin Farm Cottages is a 5 acre site that offers three self catering cottages. They are set in the beautiful East Baldwin valley which is on the Isle of Man. This is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful island and for relaxing in this peaceful setting.

Ballawyllin Farm Cottage:

This 19th Century property can accommodate 2 people in a king size bedroom. It is a single storey property with an open plan living room/dining room and kitchen. Facilities include:

Woodburner.

Widescreen TV/DVD player.

Wi-Fi.

Dishwasher.

Washing machine.

Tumble dryer.

Outside there is a patio area with a gas BBQ. An outdoor cedar hot tub is provided on the patio.

Orchard Cottage:

This dome shaped cottage can sleep 2 people in a super king size bedroom. The living room has a 55" TV and a wood burner. There is a fully fitted kitchen ad outside is a patio area with stunning views. The cottage has a lovely outdoor hot tub and sauna set in a separate patio area.

Meadow Cottage:

Like Orchard Cottage, Meadow Cottage is a dome shaped property that sleeps 2. It is open plan and well equipped as per Orchard Cottage. Outside there is a hot tub to enjoy.

This is a very picturesque area perfect for a range of outdoor activities. Blessed with an extensive coastline, stunning natural landscapes and unspoilt beaches, the Isle of Man is a perfect holiday destination that’s within easy reach of the rest of the British Isles. There are a wealth of places to visit close to the cottages including:

Castle Rushen.

Peel Castle.

Snaefell.

Manx Museum.
