Glenlough Campsite is a welcoming, family-run site located on the TT course, just three miles from Douglas on the Isle of Man.

The spacious, flat grounds offer sheltered paddock areas and a variety of pitches for tents, motorhomes, campervans, caravans and cosy camping pods. Adjacent to the campsite lies a peaceful wooded glen, perfect for young explorers. This glen connects to the Manx Heritage Trail, an easy and scenic route ideal for walking or cycling from Douglas to the heart of Peel, showcasing the beautiful Manx countryside.

The campsite’s camping pods provide a warm, dry, and comfortable stay. Each pod is well-insulated and equipped with home comforts, including lighting, electric sockets, an electric kettle and outdoor seating with a picnic table. The Standard Pod sleeps up to three (two adults and a small child) and includes carpeted flooring, two camp beds with mattresses, an electric light, a double socket and an electric oil heater, along with a kettle to make your stay even more comfortable. The Family Pod accommodates up to five people, this larger pod is perfect for families. It features full insulation, double doors, a rear window, wall lights, double sockets, an electric oil heater and airbeds, creating a spacious and charming retreat in the heart of nature.

Facilities include electric hook ups, toilet/shower blocks and a washroom with deep sinks. There is also a “PitStop” which includes a TV room with Wi-Fi. You also have access to a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster and kettle.

Walkers and Cyclists welcome – we have a drying room with access to a water point for cleaning boots, outdoor clothing and bicycles.
