The caravans are ideal for up to four people as a base to go exploring around the island of Mull or to have a quiet peaceful get away holiday from the hustle and bustle of city and town life.We are situated at the south west of Mull at the village of Fionnphort which includes the local shop, post office, pub and restaurant.
From the pier at Fionnphort, ferry or launch will be able to transport you to the island, of Iona, Staffa or the Treshnish isles. Sea fishing from aboard one of the local boats can also be arranged, together with small party tours around the island of Mull. There are many walks in and around the Ross of Mull to view the bird life or just to laze around the numerous white sandy beaches which are dotted around the south west coast of Mull.
On an energetic day there is much exploring around Mull itself, to visit Duart Castle 13th century home of the Clan Maclean, Torosay Castle one of the last of the Baronial types to be built in Scotland around 1873.
Heading towards the islands`capital. Tobermory, known to most children today as Balamory, the remains of Aros castle can be seen.
