An Nead offers superb self catering accommodation in the village of Teangue on the Sleat peninsula. Based in an idyllic location on the Isle of Skye, we boast stunning views over Knock Castle across the Sound of Sleat to the Knoydart mountains.
Our architect-designed, larch clad house is spacious, beautiful and perfect for a special holiday in a magical location. You can savour sea and mountain views and even golden and white-tailed eagles, red and roe deer, dolphins, porpoise and minke whales have been spotted from the house. Binoculars are provided.
The tastefully furnished property comes with a delightful open plan living and dining area. You can relax in the living area which comes with comfy seating, wood burning stove, 43” UHD Smart TV with Freesat and DVD player. A well-equipped kitchen comes with a full-size fan oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and a washing machine. The bedroom comes with a lovely king size bed, including bed linen and extra pillows.
We are only a ten-minute walk to the shore and its sandy beach. This is a great spot for enjoying closer views of Knock Castle. Skye’s newest whisky distillery in Torabhaig is only a few minutes’ walk away and we are approximately 20 miles from a golf course. The Isle of Skye has lots of great attractions to visit:
