It is situated in a quiet location in the village of Broadford on the Isle of Skye and enjoys panoramic sea or mountain views from all rooms. It is within easy walking distance of the local pubs, restaurants and shops. There is generous off-road parking and large secluded gardens to the rear.

The lounge is spacious and from the bay window, there are excellent views over the bay and Kinloch hills.

The two double bedrooms have king size beds, spacious en suite facilities and enjoy panoramic views over Broadford Bay and the Red Cuillin mountains. Hairdryers and TVs are provided.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with views of the Red Cuillins. A hairdryer and TV are provided!

The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted out with quality solid wood units. The appliances (cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher) are Neff and all are integrated.

The dining room has French doors which open onto a large patio. A gas barbeque and garden furniture are provided for those who enjoy “the great outdoors”.

One thing you can be sure of - you'll be spoiled for choice if you're looking for an active holiday in Skye. If being right in the middle of the most glorious hillwalking and climbing scenery in Scotland isn't enough, visitors can enjoy a wide range of activities in and around the Broadford area.
