The Hermitage offers guest accommodation which is only a 7-minute walk from Totland Bay. Set in a beautiful rural setting on the Isle of Wight, we are a great base for enjoying coastal walks and a variety of attractions.

Our Victorian property was built in 1880 and has the same coat of arms as The Hermitage in St Petersberg, Russia. All the rooms are elegantly furnished and some even boast spectacular sea views. All the rooms come with a TV, shaver points and tea/coffee making facilities. A lounge is also available for use.

You are welcome to stroll around and relax in our beautiful garden. You can relax with a coffee or read a good book whilst admiring the view.

A delicious breakfast is served in the dining room, using home cooked freshly prepared produce. Special diets can be catered for by prior arrangement. Between October and Easter we offer evening meals.

Colwelly Bay is a 20-minute walk away. By walking along the sea wall from Totland Bay you will reach Colwell Bay. Newtown Nature Reserve is a 20-minute drive by car and is perfect for outdoor lovers. Further attractions to visit include:
