Maytime Cottage is a cosy holiday home near Ventnor, at Whitwell on the Isle of Wight. The cottage can sleep up to 6 people and has easy access to beaches, coastal and downland scenery as well as many walks and heritage sites.

The cottage has a large living area, with 3 main reception rooms. We have also ensured that the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. Other cottage amenities include:

Outside there is an enclosed private rear garden which backs onto an open field. The garden is bounded by hedges, and has a patio area with seating, and a rotary washing dryer. We also provide some folding chairs for use in the garden.

We are close to Ventnor, near the southern tip of the Isle of Wight. The cottage is set in open countryside, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are a mile from the village of Whitwell, 4 miles from the Victorian seaside resort of Ventnor and close to many of the attractions on the Isle of Wight. Whether you prefer golf, surfing, horse-riding, paragliding, or just relaxing and taking in the scenery, you can tailor your holiday to suit your own tastes.
