Kings Manor Farm offers self catering accommodation in Freshwater on the Isle of Wight. We are the perfect place to escape from there pressures of modern life. We are situated directly on the beautiful Yar Estuary, between the pretty port of Yarmouth and Freshwater in West Wight.  This is an area of outstanding natural beauty and the family owners have preserved the estuary in its natural state for 40 years, treating the tidal area as a wildlife sanctuary and planting trees to encourage Red Squirrels.

Kings Hill (sleeps 12): The property comfortably sleeps 12 people in 6 en suite bedrooms and there are spectacular views from almost every window. There are 4 en suite bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs and a ground floor annex that contains the 6th bedroom and its own lounge and kitchenette. There is also an additional bathroom and cloakroom in the main area of the house.

Kings Orchard (sleeps 12): This is a spacious five-bedroom house, comfortably furnished for up to 10 guests. Located midway along the farm drive and surrounded by fields, it features a private hot tub, a cosy open fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation.

Estuary Cottage (sleeps 4): This charming single-storey stone farm cottage has a bright, contemporary and cozy interior. It features two en-suite double bedrooms and a wood-burning stove. Situated right by the estuary, the property offers direct access to the slipway for launching paddleboards or dinghies, as well as fishing opportunities at high tide.

The Old Farm Shop (sleeps 4): This has been thoughtfully converted into spacious, high-standard accommodation featuring two en-suite bedrooms. Designed with accessibility in mind, one of the en-suites includes a wet room, making it wheelchair and disabled friendly. Outside, guests can enjoy a large hot tub/spa in the courtyard and a further enclosed grassed area for relaxation.
