Luccombe Villa Holiday Apartments offers modern self catering accommodation just as short walk from Shanklin. Our charming stone-built Victorian property boasts gorgeous gardens to unwind in and an outdoor heated swimming pool.

We have 9 spacious and beautifully furnished apartments to choose from, including 4 x 1 bedroomed apartments, 3 x 2 bedroomed apartments and 2 x 3 bedroomed apartments. The apartments can accommodate either 2, 4 or 6 people. Some apartments also have outside areas, perfect for relaxing on with a coffee in the morning sun.

All the apartments come with a well-equipped kitchen for cooking, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob. Unwind in the living area after a busy day sightseeing in front of the TV. Each apartment come with comfortable bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep, including some with en suite facilities.

Guests have access to the communal Amenity Room which includes two washing machines and a tumble dryer (£2 per load), tourist information and books, games and DVDs for all ages.

We are in a fantastic area for discovering all that the area has to offer, only a short walk from Shanklin Old Village, Shanklin Chine and Rylstone Gardens. You can also enjoy a scenic walk on the coastal path whilst savouring the amazing natural landscape. 500 miles of footpaths and bridleways are right on our doorstep, whilst Shanklin Beach is ideal for sunbathing on. Rates: Low Season rates vary from £85-£133 per night for the apartment depending on size. We have a minimum stay of 3 nights during this period. Check-in days are Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays during this period.

Mid Season rates are £100-£170 per day and check-in also Monday, Tuesday or Friday.

High Season rates £118-£244 per day. Minimum stay of 7 nights and check-in Fridays only.

£25 charge for dogs.
