Avoca Holiday Homes offers charming self catering accommodation on the outskirts of Hugh Town, nestled on a small hill. We are a roughly five-minute walk from the town centre and a stone’s throw from the countryside. We have a fine view from the gardens out across the roads to Tresco, Bryher, Samson and the No’rard Rocks.

We have two apartments available which are finished with modern facilities. Both apartments have one bedroom and are designed for two persons, both on the ground floor.

An Tigeen and Hooper's are their names, and they have been fitted out to a very high standard, the bedrooms are fitted with 5-foot double beds. The bathrooms have both baths and showers, and the open plan kitchens and living room areas are bright and comfortable.

The kitchen equipment includes an electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and refrigerator etc. The lounge/diners have TV, DVD, and sound systems.

Our holiday apartments are in the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. You can take beautiful countryside walks or take a boat trip from the beach at Porth Mellon as well as try out some water sports. Attractions to visit include:
