The Stableblock is a self-contained ground floor property situated in a tranquil setting on the Mid Kent Downs, nestled behind the charming villages of Newnham and Doddington and perfectly positioned midway between Sittingbourne and Faversham.

Our accommodation features a generously sized double bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed, a dressing table with drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The spacious bathroom is equipped with modern amenities, including a heated towel rail, underfloor heating, a roomy walk-in shower and a separate bath.

You'll also find a cosy lounge area, complete with a 32" Flatscreen FreeSat TV and DVD player, which leads into a well-appointed kitchen with a double oven, grill, and hob. Additional amenities include a microwave, small freezer, fridge, and washing machine. The large pine kitchen table and comfortable chairs provide an inviting space for dining.
