We have 10 luxury en suite bedrooms available, including standard doubles, spacious doubles and 1 single room. Double-ended baths to soak yourself in are available in our best rooms. The rooms are individually designed and set over 3 floors.

Our rooms come with a range of facilities, including fluffy bath sheets, rainforest-style showers with White Company products, tea and coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi and a TV with a DVD/CD player.

We can arrange an extra bed cot for an additional charge in lots of the rooms. Please note, that check-in is from 4.00 pm and there is no lift for access to all the floors.

We serve breakfast in our dining room which offers views across Augusta Gardens. In the summer months, dine on our terrace. All our main breakfast ingredients are locally sourced and we also offer cereal, toast, preserves, fresh fruit, cheese, yogurt and fruit juice.

You can unwind in our large lunge with complimentary tea and freshly ground coffee with a piece of homemade cake available. You can also enjoy a complimentary chilled glass of white wine, beer, bottled water and juice from the fridge. The lounge closes at 11 pm and our Cafe Bar is open 24 hours.

You can stroll around in our four-acre park, Augusta Gardens, which includes a private terrace to unwind on.

While staying with us, you can enjoy lots of restaurants in the area. A 5 – 10 minute stroll from us is Bella Pizza & Pasta and the British Lion is a 15-minute walk. In Folkestone, you can walk along the harbour or relax on Sandgate Beach. Attractions to visit include:
