The historic village of Hawkhurst is a favoured location by tourists due to its central location - an ideal base for visiting the many places of interest in Kent and East Sussex; within easy reach of Sissinghurst Gardens, Great Dixter, Batemans, Leeds Castle, Bewl Water, Battle Abbey, Canterbury Cathedral, Bodiam Castle etc. We are only 55 minutes drive from the Channel Tunnel, and one hour from London by train. Hawkhurst village has a variety of shops and amenities - a supermarket, butchers, greengrocers, hairdressers, post office, doctor’s surgery, pharmacy and a Kino digital cinema.

These beautifully converted farm buildings are stylish and immaculate, nestling in two acres with far reaching views of open countryside and adjoining lakes. There are two cottages, each containing one double bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom. Both cottages are single storey - cottage number 1 is entered at ground level.

Excellent lighting for reading or relaxing. Enjoy the vista from the south-facing lounges which have French windows opening out onto a private patio.
