The cottage offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests across its two bedrooms. The ground floor includes a bright entrance hall leading into a lounge equipped with a 40” flat screen digital TV with Freesat, a Humax PVR and a DVD player. Free WiFi is also available, alongside a wide selection of DVDs and books for entertainment. A separate dining area features a table with seating for 4, along with a highchair and opens onto a charming decked garden breakfast area.

The kitchen is newly refurbished and boasts modern amenities including electric hob, fan-assisted oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. A thermostatically controlled shower cubicle and WC complete the ground floor facilities.

Upstairs, the front bedroom offers a double bed with a luxury memory foam mattress, bedside tables with lamps, a radio alarm, dressing table and ample fitted wardrobes. A Greco travel cot is available upon request. The rear bedroom overlooks the garden and includes two single beds with duvets, a bedside lamp, table, multi-drawer unit and a single wardrobe. A bathroom/shower room with a bath incorporating a thermostatically controlled shower, washbasin and adjacent separate WC, along with an additional separate WC, complete the upstairs layout.

The cottage includes all necessary bed linen and tea towels, with regular cleaning provided at each turnaround, typically weekly. Electricity usage, gas central heating and hot water are all inclusive in the rental price. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
