Our 12 award-winning cottages at Brickhouse Farm are nestled among acres of stunning countryside. Built in 2013, these cottages range from 2 to 5 bedrooms and are designed to accommodate families, friends, and carers. Located in the tranquil surroundings of Hambleton, we're just a short distance from the vibrant lights of Blackpool.

Each cottage offers level access throughout the ground floor and patio areas, featuring ceiling track hoist systems and wet rooms for enhanced accessibility. All the cottages include beautiful open plan living/kitchens areas. All the kitchens are fully equipped and include tasteful granite worktops. The lounges boast oak furniture, sumptuous corner settees and TVs.

All the bedroom areas are tastefully furnished and include modern en suites. 9 cottages benefit from having their own private patio facing our fishing lake and include contemporary rattan furniture. 3 cottages also have their own balcony over our fishing lake and include modern rattan furniture.

9 cottages enjoy their own luxurious, illuminated hot tub with hoists.

Onsite, we offer excellent facilities:

Lakeside Kitchen: A licensed restaurant serving wholesome, home-cooked food, open to all facility users.

Hydrotherapy Pool: Custom-built with physiotherapist advice, featuring a counter-current for resistance training. Water is set at 34°C and air at 24°C. Private hire is £50 for 45 minutes (up to 4 people), with additional charges for up to 10 people.

Sensory Room: Equipped with various sensory equipment and an H-track hoist system, available for private booking at £20 per half hour or £40 per hour.

Recreation Areas: Includes a fully accessible woodland walk, a slide, swing and football nets. Sculptures and sensory plants will be added soon.

Fishing Lake: Five accessible fishing pegs stocked with bream, rudd, carp, goldfish and tench. Free for cottage guests; £7.50 for day visitors.

We are the perfect base from which to explore the local area: a local pub with ramped access is within 5 miles and serves delicious local produce and fine ales. Blackpool is nearby as well and includes the impressive Blackpool Tower and the exhilarating Blackpool Pleasure Beach. You can also go to the Zoo or even see professional concerts and plays at the Winter Gardens and the stunning Grand Theatre. Alternatively, find tranquillity at Marton Mere Local Nature Reserve.
