Patty's Farm Barn offers outstanding self catering accommodation in Cockerham near Lancaster. Our beautifully restored cottages in Lancashire offer luxurious accommodation in a scenic countryside setting.

Our charming stone cottages still maintain many original features whilst offering high-quality accommodation. The cottages sleep between 2 and 8 people. All the cottages are beautifully furnished and come with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge area with a TV and DVD player, well-appointed bedrooms and modern bathrooms. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Onsite we have two, 3-acre fishing lakes which mainly stock carp fish of up to 42lbs. We have the Black Knights Parachute Centre which provides solo or tandem parachute jumps. Young ones can have endless fun at our play barn. Onsite you can also enjoy many beautiful walks and cycle routes.
