Based near Clitheroe in a glorious countryside setting, we are perfect for a tranquil break in Lancashire. You can also come and see our Alpaca Family and Friends! From alpaca walks to a meet and greet, you can be assured of a memorable experience.

Our charming bed and breakfast has two elegantly furnished bedrooms to choose from, including a double en suite and a twin/king en suite room. Both rooms are perfect for a restful night’s sleep and come with a range of excellent facilities: free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, tea making facilities and a stairlift.

In the morning, we offer a lovely breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. We offer juices, teas, coffee, toast, homemade preserves, cereals, yogurt and fruit, followed by a range of hot options including a hearty full English (with home reared sausage) and Scottish smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Homemade packed lunches and cream teas are available on request for an additional cost.

Whilst staying with us you can come and meet our friendly alpacas. These magical animals love to meet people and we offer the opportunity to come and meet, handle and learn about Alpacas. We have an all terrain wheelchair hopper so making this accessible if extra help needed, please enquire for exact details. Every afternoon from 13.30 we offer alpaca walks for an additional cost.

Onsite we also have a fully qualified beautician and a fusion therapeutic coach.

The quaint village of Dunsop Bridge is only a few minutes walk away and great for scenic walks or relaxing cycling trails. Flyde Coast, the Yorkshire Dales and The Lak District are all accessible by car, whilst the renowned Carlisle railway is around 30 minutes away. Lancaster, Preston, Whalley and Longridge are home to fascinating museums, wonderful art galleries and brilliant shopping opportunities. Further attractions to visit include:
