Wenningdale Escapes in High Bentham offers outstanding self catering accommodation, nestled in a gorgeous countryside setting. Based on the North Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria border, we are in the ideal location for discovering all that the area has to offer.

Our wonderful lodges are set amongst the idyllic fairways of Bentham Golf Course, surrounded by picturesque green hills. The lodges can be booked together to sleep 20 people and the largest lodge sleeps 8 people.

Each lodge is stylishly furnished and comes with a range of excellent facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The lodges come with a fully-equipped kitchen for home cooking, a cosy lounge with a TV and DVD player. All the bedrooms come with comfy beds for a peaceful night’s sleep and there are modern bathrooms. A lovely decking area outside is a great spot for a coffee in the morning sun.

The Wensleydale:This charming lodge sleeps 8 people in 2 twin rooms and 2 double rooms. Two bathrooms are provided.

The Lunesdale and Dentdale:Our superb lodge sleeps 4 people in 2 super king/twin rooms, both with modern en suite facilities.

The Kingsdale:This gorgeous lodge includes a master king en suite room and a king/twin room. A bathroom is available and outside there is a hot tub to soak yourself in.

You can enjoy a luxurious glamping experience in our fabulous handmade pods. All the pods enjoy fantastic views over the golf course, with an outside patio area with a table and chairs taking advantage of the view. Inside each pod is a well-equipped kitchenette area, a dining area and twin/super king beds, plus en suite facilities.

You can play a round on our stunning 18-hole golf course or enjoy one of the scenic walking or cycling routes in the area. Brilliant attractions to visit include:
