This beautiful cottage has just been renovated to a high standard. It is situated within the award winning pictures village of Chipping. Part of the Ribble Valley on the edge of the Forest of Bowland.

The Sun Inn is opposite the cottage and you have the village grocery store next door but one.

The cottage is of a very high standard and you will be sure of a quality break.

On your arrival a welcome pack will be provided. We include the necessities such as tea, coffee, sugar and milk etc. You will also be given a bottle of bubbly and a box of chocolates.

All the bedding and towels are provided. A bath, hand and flannel will be provided for each guest. There are of good quality.

A small shampoo and soap is provided for each guest. Hand washes and moisturiser by the sinks. Tissues and cotton wool pads. Toilet roll and toilet cleansing flushable wipes.

A just in case basket is provided in the master bedroom, this contains things you may forget, toothbrush, face wipes, floss, deodorant, shoe cleaner, sewing equipments and the like.

All the heating and electric is included. We provide tea towels and dish clothes. There is also a supply of cleaning products. The kitchen is very well equipped. Hair dryer, iron and board. Flowers are in most rooms. The cottage will be warm and cosy upon your arrival. If you have any special requirements, please let us know.

Master Bedroom : The double bed is very comfy with luxury bedding. Many fitted wardrobes with shelves and hanging space, some hangers provided. A dressing table and stool with three-way mirror. Hair dryer provided. Full-length mirror.

Twin Room : Full size single beds of good quality with luxury bedding. Fitted wardrobe with hanging and shelve space. A full-length mirror.

Kitchen-Diner : The kitchen is fully equipped. You have an electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, toasty maker and most importantly, a dishwasher. Permanent seating for four, can accommodate six.

Living Room : Very comfy living toom with excellent quality furnishings and furniture. Two leather sofas, bean bag and many scatter cushions. A modern flat-screen TV with built-in DVD. Telephone and broadband internet connection if required. Entrance area with coat and shoe rack. A double put-up bed can be provided to allow for an extra two guests.

Bathroom : Three piece bathroom suite with good electric shower. Mirrored bathroom cabinet, airing cabinet. Shaver socket and mirroe with light above.

Our quiet country lanes make exploration by car a real pleasure and with quality country inns, market towns and historic attractions in abundance, you can take your time to enjoy some of englands finest countryside.
