Redwell Fisheries Apartments & Lodge offers wonderful self catering accommodation in Over Kellet, set in a glorious position in the Lune Valley. Our properties near Carnforth in Lancashire are in spectacular countryside, making us the perfect holiday destination.

We offer a range of glorious self catering accommodation in 1 lodges and 2 apartments. Our properties enjoy far-reaching views over the lake and are just a stone’s throw away from your own fishing peg. We also have a lodge to stay in.

Mallard Lodge: The charming 2-bedroom lodge has a lovely open-plan kitchen area and enjoys a traditional wood-finished exterior. The balcony area is perfect for admiring the vista from.

We have two self catering apartments available, one of which is suitable for disabled guests. The holiday homes overlook the lake, giving you a prime fishing area. Both apartments are comfortably furnished and centrally heated. Your car can be parked just a few yards from the front door of the apartment. Cycles and fishing tackle can be safely stored in a secure locked area if required. Free fishing is available for you just 30 yards from your door, where you can safely leave your fishing tackle when you need to take a well-deserved break.

Your apartment includes a spacious lounge/diner with a comfortable suite that you can fall into after an exhausting day's fishing or cycling. Your bedroom has comfortable twin/king size beds and an en suite bathroom with a modern shower providing endless hot water. There is a walk-in wardrobe, separate toilet and fully equipped kitchen. All linen and towels are provided.

We are fortunate to be in a perfect position to explore the local area. Everything is in easy reach, and you’ll find plenty to do without travelling too far. Half a mile away in one direction you’ll see a ‘Welcome to Cumbria’ sign and half a mile in the other direction you’ll see another saying ‘Welcome to the Yorkshire Dales’. The pretty village of Over Kellett is on our doorstep, and beyond that there is direct access to the M6, making access to the park very easy. The Lancashire coastline and the beautiful Morecambe Bay are less than 7 miles away.

For a range of larger shops and amenities, Lancaster is 20 minutes away by car. In the area, there’s also a scuba diving centre nearby, so if that’s one of your hobbies Redwell Park would make a great base for you.
