Barleyleas and Coathills, our luxury canvas cottages, offer a camping experience enhanced by home comforts you’ll truly appreciate. Imagine sipping a glass of wine by your log burner, snuggling into a warm bed, toasting marshmallows around your own fire pit, or sharing a bottle of bubbly under the stars in your private hot tub once the kids have gone to bed.

In the living area, you’re encouraged to unplug and unwind. Put down your phone, forget the TV and settle into the comfy sofa to play a board game or two while warming your toes by the fire.

Each canvas cottage includes a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy and enjoyable to prepare home-cooked meals. You'll find everything needed to create a delicious feast for your loved ones, including a sink with hot and cold water, a small fridge, gas hob, log burner with oven, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, china and cutlery. Tea and hand towels are provided, along with a cafetiere, so don’t forget your favourite ground coffee. A complimentary bag of logs, matches and firelighters is included, with extra logs available for purchase during your stay. Candles and electric lights add a cozy glow and there are electric points for charging mobile phones.

This is a perfect setting to relax with those you love. Sip bubbly beneath the stars, surrounded by the gentle soundtrack of nature. Both Barleyleas and Coathills lodges have their own hot tubs, which will be ready for use from 9pm on the day you arrive.

At bedtime, snuggle up and sleep soundly in two comfortable bedrooms. With no camp beds in sight, this is glamping at its finest. Each lodge features one double bedroom and another with bunk beds and a trundle bed. All beds are made with luxury linen and all-season duvets, so you can decide how cosy you'd like to be. Let us know in advance if you’d like the trundle bed made up. To ensure your comfort no matter the weather, we also provide blankets and hot water bottles.
