The Old Granary in Owmby offers outstanding self catering accommodation, offering a home away from home. Based near Caistor in a lovely area of North Lincolnshire, we are only a 30-minute drive from Humber Bridge, Lincoln, Hull, Immingham Docks, Scunthorpe and Grimsby.

Our 3 apartments are based on our working farm. All the apartments are finished to the highest quality and come with everything you need for a relaxing getaway in the country. Facilities in all the apartments include toasty underfloor heating, a smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. All the apartments share a communal garden and we can provide added luxury to your stay via prior notice, from huddling around the firepit on a warm summer’s evening to tucking into a locally sourced breakfast hamper.

The Gables

This apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is our largest property. The apartment boasts a striking double-height living area with comfy seating and a smart TV. An open plan living area leads to a modern kitchen which is equipped with a washing machine, cooker with an induction hob and fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. In total, there are two attractive double rooms with en suite facilities, including 1 one with a bath and an integrated shower and the other with a shower.

The Mill

This apartment features an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area with beams. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the fully-equipped kitchen that includes a fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker with an induction hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. The spacious en suite includes a lavish walk-in shower.

The Smithy

Our apartment comes with a contemporary kitchen with a state-of-the-art cooker with an induction hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Relax in the cosy living area in front of the Smart TV after a day sightseeing. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the spacious double bedroom. A modern wet room is also available.

Visiting the Area

The Old Granary offers easy access to a range of local walks and cycle routes. National Route 1 is a particular favourite of ours when it comes to cycling, while the Viking Way is a fantastic route for keen walkers just a five-minute walk away. A short drive and you can reach the Lincolnshire Wolds, which have a vast choice of walking routes with pubs along the way.

On those days when you want to sight-see, why not visit the historic market towns of Caistor, Brigg and Louth, all of which have a selection of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. Alternatively, visit attractions and places of interest such as:
