The Barn: The barn has a rich history, with records of a water mill on the site dating back to the Domesday Book. Now, the barn has been lovingly renovated to provide luxurious accommodation for up to four people. The barn boasts a double-height sitting room with lovely views, a twin bedroom in the old granary, and a ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The accommodation also includes a well-appointed bathroom with a shower over the bath. Luxury Hypnos mattresses, duvets from Snuggledown of Norway, and 100% cotton bed linen ensure a restful night's sleep, while fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries enhance the relaxing experience.

The Milking Parlour: This is another luxurious option, situated in its own grounds with separate access to the accommodation. Originally divided into two separate barns, the Milking Parlour has been sympathetically renovated to provide luxurious accommodation for up to two people. The accommodation includes a spacious open-plan kitchen and sitting room with uninterrupted views of the River Bain and the surrounding land. The accommodation is all on one floor, with a double bedroom and a bathroom with a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower.

Both Mill Stream Barn and the Milking Parlour offer a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Guests can explore the privately owned river frontage or head out for picturesque walks straight from the front door. The traditional seaside towns of Skegness, Cleethorpes, and Sutton on Sea are only half an hour away, and the Lincolnshire Coast is renowned for its wide open spaces, beaches, nature, and seal reserves, such as Donna Nook and Gibraltar Point.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement and are charged at £25 per stay per dog.
