Yurt at the Chapel & Deepdale Pottery
Details
Experience luxurious accommodation for two in an authentic Mongolian Yurt, situated within the grounds of a historic 1878 Methodist Chapel.
Your hosts, Cath and Dave, have called this place home for many years. Cath, a skilled ceramic artist, offers pottery courses in her studio, while Dave runs a well-established bespoke furniture and joinery business. You will also meet Jess, our friendly Welsh Border Collie.
Located on the edge of the picturesque Lincolnshire Wolds, our accommodation includes a king-size bed, a modern well-equipped cabin with an eco-friendly toilet, a spacious shower and a kitchen and dining area. Fresh linen is provided; please bring your own towels.
A charming garden centre with an excellent café is just a 5-minute walk away. Nearby, you can explore art galleries, museums, historic sites, local walks, restaurants and the Humber Bridge. We are also conveniently located on Route 1 of the Sustrans National Cycle Network.
Cath, who holds a BA in Ceramics and 3D Design, offers personalized pottery courses, which can be arranged with or without yurt accommodation.
