Holly Cottage is a charming blend of a traditional period cottage and stylish, contemporary architect-designed extensions spread over three floors, giving the property a unique character. Situated on a valley side at the edge of the village of Hagworthingham, the cottage enjoys a peaceful position near the ford, surrounded by quiet, unspoiled countryside.

Our B&B offers two double rooms and one twin room, all with ensuite facilities. Single occupancy is welcomed and during certain times, the guest area can be rented as self-catering accommodation, comfortably sleeping up to six people. The grassy hillside garden provides a tranquil space to relax, making Holly Cottage an ideal base for work stays, short B&B breaks, or longer self-catering holidays.

Guests can choose from a variety of breakfast options, including fruit, yogurt, cereals, porridge, home-produced eggs cooked to your liking, or a full English breakfast. Almost all ingredients are locally sourced, with some coming straight from the garden.

Located in the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape (AONB), Holly Cottage sits on the edge of Hagworthingham, a village with two cafés, a pub and excellent dining options nearby. There are walking and cycling routes right from the doorstep, offering short and long trails through the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds. Hagworthingham itself is an attractive village in the southeast corner of the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape, known for its far-reaching views. The village boasts a good pub, two cafés, a farm shop and a butchery, providing plenty of local amenities for visitors to enjoy.
