Watermill Farm Cottages offer self catering accommodation in a pair of charming Lincolnshire self catering cottages situated at Kirkby Green and just a short drive from the historic city of Lincoln. Our holiday homes are the perfect base for those wishing to explore the many attractions that the area has to offer.

Our self catering cottages Lincolnshire have underfloor central heating, gas fired cooking, fitted units in the bedrooms and kitchens. Each also has a bathroom that offers bath and shower facilities. The cottages each have a lounge area with comfortable seating plus dining area. The kitchen in each cottage is fitted with a fridge, cooker, toaster, microwave and washing machine whilst in the adjacent watermill garage there is also a deep freezer and tumble drier for the use of both cottages.

At our self catering cottages Lincolnshire the bedroom in each cottage can be set up as two singles or one super king bed, as requested, whilst the second bedroom in Stable Cottage is equipped with double bed and fitted wardrobe.

The holiday cottages are ideally situated for visits to the historic city of Lincoln, the Lincolnshire Wolds, Cranwell and other unique towns and villages in the surrounding area. The countryside around Lincoln has a grace of its own. The towns of Gainsborough, Woodhall Spa and Sleaford mark its boundaries, it rubs shoulders with the wolds and fens whilst also being home to the rivers Slea, Witham and Till.
