The Hayloft - Sleeps 6

This offers a character-filled stay with original features like brick columns and beams. The ground floor includes a utility room, an open-plan kitchen, a double-height dining and lounge area and a double bedroom with an ensuite wet room. Three triple bi-fold doors open to a spacious patio, perfect for indoor/outdoor living. Underfloor heating keeps the barn warm and inviting, complemented by a wood-burning stove. Upstairs, the oak gallery leads to two bedrooms: a twin room (convertible to a super king) with an ensuite shower room and a master bedroom with a super king bed (convertible to twin), a Juliet balcony and an ensuite with a freestanding bath.

North Cottage & South Cottage - Both sleep 4

These renovated farm worker's cottages blends modern comfort with traditional charm and are a mirror image of each other. Featuring under-floor heating, double glazing, a wood-burning stove and superfast broadband. The ground floors includes a convenient toilet room and a coat/boot area. The open-plan kitchen/dining areas are fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, along with a solid wood dining table for six. The living areas have a leather suite, wood-burning stove, zonal lighting, LED TV, books and games. The garden rooms offers stunning views of the Bain valley and pasture. Upstairs, the main bedrooms have a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and a TV. The second bedrooms have twin beds and field views. All the bedrooms feature luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding. The spacious bathrooms include a full-size bath, separate shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.

We can open interconnecting doors for large groups if hiring both cottages, allowing you to dine together in one cottage and lounge in the other. When not needed, these doors remain locked with added insulation for privacy and comfort.

The Shamba - Sleeps 4

This is a spacious single-storey barn conversion, offering total comfort with tiled floors and underfloor heating. It features an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with views of unspoiled farmland. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The dining area seats six and the lounge has two leather sofas and a large LED TV. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV and luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding. The second bedroom offers twin beds (convertible to a super king), a walk-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Free Wi-Fi, luxurious bedding, towels and a well-stocked wet room are provided. A private patio opens to the adjacent field and provisions include cleaning materials, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. The single-level layout is perfect for families, including those with elderly relatives.

If you are a large gathering of people then we can accommodate up to 18 people across all four self catering properties.

If you love tennis as much as we do, you'll be delighted to know that our private court is available for your use most of the time. Located just 100 metres from the cottages, it's the perfect spot for a friendly match. Don’t forget to bring your rackets and tennis balls. Let the games begin!

Additionally, the coast is easily accessible and our guests can hire a beach hut for a seaside retreat.
