Arden House B&B is a guest house located opposite Musselburgh Old Golf Course, on the eastern edge of town. Just a leisurely ten-minute walk from the town centre, it also benefits from being directly on a bus route, offering easy access to Edinburgh City Centre or the stunning landscapes of East Lothian to the east.

All our room rates include a continental breakfast, conveniently delivered to your bedroom door each morning. The breakfast features a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast, croissants and a variety of hot options. We no longer have a dining room for full cooked breakfasts.

We have three rooms available - a large double/family ensuite room accommodating up to five guests (maximum three adults and three children), a spacious triple room with a king bed and sofa bed for up to three guests (shared shower room) and a twin ensuite. All rooms can accommodate a cot and the large family room can also fit an extra fold-up bed, please call us to discuss these additional options.

There is a bus stop right outside the door that takes you to Edinburgh in 40 minutes. Edinburgh can also be reached in 20 minutes by car. The train station is just 4 minutes away and is a 10 minute journey to Edinburgh. In Edinburgh, there are many art galleries, museums, shops and restaurants to enjoy. Local attractions include:
