Arden House offers fabulous bed and breakfast accommodation opposite Musselburgh Old Golf Course. We are easily accessible to Edinburgh and a range of attractions in East & Midlothian.

We have 3 beautifully furnished guest rooms to choose from. All the rooms are finished to a high standard and include a range of facilities. Each room is on the first floor.

Room 1 - Spacious double/ family en suite: Our large room comes with a king bed, bunks plus roll out bed. The room offers views across the road to the Musselburgh Old Links Course and Musselburgh Racecourse.

Room 2 - triple room with shared shower room. It is a spacious triple room with 3 single beds and a glorious outlook over Musselburgh Old Links golf course. The shower room is across the hallway and is shared with 1 x single room.

Room 4 – This twin room has a small en suite shower room and is on the first floor. The room faces the side of the property.

All the rooms include blackout curtains, tea and coffee-making facilities, a TV and hair dryer. A continental breakfast is included and delivered to the room. A cooked breakfast is available at an extra cost.

There is a bus stop right outside the door that takes you to Edinburgh in 40 minutes. Edinburgh can also be reached in 20 minutes by car. The train station is just 4 minutes away and is a 10 minute journey to Edinburgh. In Edinburgh, there are many art galleries, museums, shops and restaurants to enjoy. Local attractions are:
