We are an ideal base for your holidays and for exploring the North Norfolk Coast, our aim is to provide you with luxury accommodation at affordable prices in the heart of the broads. Bridgeview Cottage:

Facing north east, with views over water meadows to Ludham Bridge, and the River Ant. Patio, complete with patio furniture.

Heron Cottage:

Facing north east, with views over woods and water meadows to the River Ant. The patio is complete with patio furniture, and faces east to catch the early morning sun.

Kestrel Cottage:

Facing north and west, with views over woods and water meadows to the River Ant. The patio is complete with patio furniture and enjoys the afternoon and evening sun and the garden is enclosed.

Meadowview Cottage:

Facing south east, with south-facing patio, complete with patio furniture, and direct access to car parking.

Ramblers Cottage:

Facing south west, the cottage and patio, which is complete with patio furniture, enjoy all the available sun for most of the day and evening.

Riverview Cottage:

Facing east, with views over water meadows to Ludham Bridge, and the River Ant. Patio complete with patio furniture.

Seclusion Cottage:

Facing west, the patio, complete with patio furniture, is surrounded by shrubs and flowers, and offers some privacy and seclusion.

The Loft:

Our cosy one bedroom first floor flat sleeps up to 2 people and boasts amazing views over Bure Valley. The apartment comes with a double bed, galley style kitchen and cosy living/dining area. A shower room comes with an electric shower.

Woodview Cottage:

Facing north west, the patio, complete with patio furniture, enjoys sun for most of the day during midsummer, and allows you to view those marvellous Norfolk sunsets.
