Primrose Cottage is a charming holiday home in Binham near Wells-next-the-Sea. Our deluxe cottage offers luxurious accommodation for up to 7 people and has been equipped and furnished to a very high standard. It is ideally located for exploring North Norfolk and its many attractions.

Our holiday cottage is versatile and ideal for two or three couples, a family holiday or romantic break away. This cottage is thoughtfully furnished and retains a traditional cottage feel whilst offering quality accommodation. The large kitchen comes with a bespoke larder unit, granite worktops and integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, electric oven and hob. The kitchen leads to a dual aspect dining room with inglenook fireplace and wood burner. The glass topped dining table seats up to 8 people. Doors lead to a lovely patio area and garden. The light and airy sitting/garden room come with comfortable sofas and a fireplace with a wood burner. French doors open out to the garden and patio area. Facilities include a large flat screen TV, iPod phone docking station and BT home hub.

On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with an adjoining shower with electric shower. The room comes with a king size bed and wall mounted flat screen TV. Down the landing are two twin rooms, each equipped with a wall mounted flat screen TV. Down a small step is a family bathroom with an electric shower over the bath. At the end of the landing is a bedroom with a small single and safety bar windows. This is perfect for a child.

We are the perfect base for exploring the local area. Binham is famous for its 12th Century Priory and ruins. Only a short walk away is a general store and village pub. There are lots of nice pubs and places to dine in the area. Morston Hall has awards for outstanding food. A number of wonderful attractions are nearby:
