Baconsthorpe Meadows offers a wonderful camping experience on a working farm in Baconsthorpe. We are only three miles from Holt and perfect for an unforgettable getaway in Norfolk.

Nestled in a gorgeous countryside location, our 5-acre campsite comes with 53 pitches for tents (no caravans) and provides you with the unique opportunity to stay on a charming working farm. Our traditional campsite offers a ‘no noise after 10 pm’ policy, ensuring you receive plenty of peace and relaxation while staying with us.

We are a haven for nature lovers, with lots of beautiful walks and cycle routes nearby. A bridle path runs alongside the campsite and is part of North Norfolk Council’s Circular Route No 31 – Holt to Mannington Walk. We are also on the Reivers Cycle Route.

You can visit Baconsthorpe Castle, a ruined castle with a moat. This is a lovely place to relax with a picnic whilst the sun is shining. The historic Georgian town of Holt is home to many art galleries, antique and book shops and places to eat, located along the high street and tucked away in hidden, charming courtyards and alleyways.
