1 Blackhorse Yard offers charming self catering accommodation in Wells-Next-the-Sea. We are located in a lovely part of Norfolk and just a short stroll to the quay, shops, pubs and restaurants.

Our beautifully furnished terraced house sleeps up to 8 people and is perfect for a relaxing and tranquil holiday. You can relax in the comfortable lounge which has comfy seating, a Smart TV and an open fire. A separate toilet and wash hand basin is downstairs.

A contemporary kitchen/dining area includes a range of appliances: gas hob, electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. While tucking into some home-cooked food around the dining table you can enjoy lovely garden views and / or Smart TV.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: 2 doubles, 1 twin and 1 room with 2 bunk beds. All the rooms share a bathroom with a bath, basin, WC and Aqualisa mains pressure shower. 3 of the rooms have a wash hand basin. All bed linen is included.

Outside there is an enclosed garden with a picnic bench, great for al fresco dining with friends until the sun goes down.

Wells-next-the-Sea is a small, picturesque Norfolk town that has a traditional fishing harbour and sandy beaches. The area has lots of scenic walks, including wonderful coastal paths. Brilliant attractions to visit include:
