Primrose Cottage offers fabulous self catering accommodation in the charming village of Great Massingham. Located near King's Lynn in Norfolk, we are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.

Our lovely Norfolk flint cottage enjoys wonderful views over the many greens and ponds. The living room is a great spot to relax in after a day of exploring the area. Facilities include a settee, high back easy chair, TV and DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, fridge, spin dryer, microwave and a dining table.

A beautiful bedroom has a Victorian-style double bed and small TV. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with a shower over the bath, heated towel rail plus a shaver point.

Outside there is a large garden with a small, private plot with a table and chairs for al fresco dining when the sun is shining.

Great Massingham is one of North Norfolk’s most picturesque villages. You can savour a delicious meal at The Dabbling Duck and the well-stocked shop sells necessities. Lots of lovely footpaths are in the area and there are two tennis courts. Great attractions to visit include:
